Vendor Registration

The Arts & Crafts Fair runs 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Spring Avenue, Saturday, September 26. Register and pay below.

Booths

Craft booth — $30.
Food vendor — $50.
Spaces are 10' × 10'. Electricity is an additional $15 and spots are limited.

Setup

7:00–9:30 a.m. Crafters need to be ready for shoppers by 9:30 — please be on time.

Deadline

September 20, 2026. No refunds after that date, and space may fill before then.

Bring your own

Tables, chairs, canopies and drop cords. This is an outdoor event — plan accordingly.

Rules

  • No weapons, real or toy, and no fireworks.
  • Booth locations are assigned on a first-paid basis — your space isn't held until payment is received.
  • Vendors are responsible for filing Kansas State Sales Tax.
  • The Conway Springs Fall Festival and the City of Conway Springs are not responsible for loss, theft or damage. Vendors accept responsibility for their own property.
